Applying for a role
There is no option to attach documents to your application form, but you may choose to include some of the information from your CV or covering letter in your application.
All applications that are submitted will be kept in our system for a 6-month period. During this time, you can access previous applications and copy information into a new application form.
If you decide not to complete your application in one session, you should make a note of the vacancy closing date. An application form must be complete and submitted before the closing date for your application to be valid. Applications cannot be accepted following the closing date of a vacancy.
The application form is your opportunity to really showcase your skills and show us how you meet the criteria for the post.
If you are unsure whether a Star Academies vacancy is genuine or not, please email the Star Recruitment Team at recruitment@staracademies.org.

If you are shortlisted for interview, we aim to give at least one week’s notice. This is not always possible and an invitation to attend an interview may be at short notice. If the proposed interview arrangements are not suitable please contact us and, where possible, we will try to rearrange your interview.
If you are not shortlisted for interview, feedback will not be automatically be provided due to the volume of applications received. Unsuccessful applicants are welcome to request feedback, which may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
