Oulder Hill Leadership Academy in Rochdale joins Star Academies family
Oulder Hill Leadership Academy in Rochdale has joined Star Academies following an extensive consultation process with governors, parents and senior leaders at the school.
Oulder Hill Leadership Academy is a 1,500-place school located in the Spotland and Falinge ward of Rochdale where it shares a site with Oulder Hill Leisure Complex and Gracie Fields Theatre.
The conversion of Oulder Hill Leadership Academy strengthens Star’s presence in Greater Manchester, where the trust already runs three secondary schools and one primary school. In total, the trust now has 31 schools, located in five areas of the country.
The conversion to Star Academies heralds a new chapter in the school’s history, which will see the school benefit from a collaboration with one of the country’s leading multi-academy trusts.
